Kidz Mpowered is passionate about empowering children by helping them help themselves be their best.  Children are taught life transforming tools that they can use throughout their lives that will contribute to their overall well being.

The Founder:

Hana Swieca, founder and director of Kidz Mpowered is an author and holistic psychotherapist. She has created empowering books, workshops/ programs, and works in private practice offering holistic counseling for children, teens and adults, using a mind-body-spirit approach.

She is the author of the children’s book for all ages. Jonathan’s Magical Discoveries and its companion workbook/activity book, Discovering Me. Hana has an 8 week empowerment program for children, Discovering Me, which is based on her books.   She has written and consulted for Chouette Publishing, the creators of the famous Caillou character. Hana has been writing imaginative, empowering and transformational stories for many years. In a magical and unique way, she likes to write about real life issues facing children and create innovative workshops, hoping to inspire others to see how powerful they truly are.

Jonathan’s Magical Discoveries, a children’s story for all ages, is an enchanting journey of self discovery, which increases self-esteem, touches on many personal challenges children go through daily and empowers us to take action to reach our goals and dreams.

Discovering Me; the companion to the children’s book, Jonathan’s Magical Discoveries, is a creative-learning activity book, designed for children to integrate the ideas from the story, into their own lives, as they set out on a playful journey of self discovery. This book includes questions, guided imagery exercises, affirmations, creative activities, and a game. This book encourages children to help themselves and learn their part in making positive changes while empowering them to reach their goals and dreams.

Children learn how to overcome fears, raise their self esteem and confidence level, identify their feelings, learn how to express themselves, stand up for themselves, look at their thoughts, tap into their intuition and more.
