Empowered Women Workshops

Sandra Reich M.ED and Maite Gomez B.Sc  are two renowned therapists who are on a mission to help women help themselves. Since 2009, Sandra and Maite have been hosting a series of inspirational workshops that introduce and demonstrate simple and effective techniques, that are designed to empower all women.

EMPOWERED WOMEN WORKSHOPS offers courses to women who have found themselves falling into self-sabotage, self-abandonment and over-functioning amongst other issues. Empowered Women Workshops has the mission to teach self-love, how to avoid traps, and empower women. Thru shared experiences support and experiential learning-women learn to grow into the best versions of themselves. The EMPOWERED WOMEN WORKSHOPS are offered as full day seminars, as well as weekend retreats.

DAY SEMINARS – WHAT TO EXPECT:

Women from all over the world are welcome to embark on a life changing day seminars. Each seminar provides lectures that fosters and facilitates growth, emotional freedom, and self-mastery in a safe environment. Cutting edge research along with experiential learning lead to a magical day that is full of “aha” moments that transforms lives. Workshops have included topics such as: From Victimization to Empowerment, The Dance of Women and Men, Where is my knight in shining armour, Dangers of Caretaking, Self-Love, What your relationships teach you about yourself, and Who says your dreams can’t come true-Courageous Living 101.

WEEKEND RETREAT – WHAT TO EXPECT:

Maite and Sandra lead their participants on an exciting in depth weekend retreat. The very popular and decadent retreats enable women to discover life changing coping tools within a beautiful relaxing environment amongst the empowered women sisterhood. Each “retreat” at the gorgeous Spa Eastman has a theme surrounding improving relationships of all kinds including with self. The ability to learn in a safe, beautiful environment with intense workshops has led to incredible life changing moments.
