Victor is known for his passion of living foods and a profound respect for life. He has been thriving on a raw vegan lifestyle for over 4 years and on a strictly vegan lifestyle since 2005.
His sweet tooth along with his interest in ethics brought him to apply his knowledge and experience to the trade of pastry making, raw vegan eco-gastronomy style!
