The opening of this new vegan bakery represents the growing demand for plant-based treats that has taken other cities by storm. We intend to lead the way in this movement where Montreal is concerned.

This new bakeshop will hold workshops and events such as high tea, and gourmet brunches. The shop will offer a variety of locally produced treats including such things as artisanal ice cream prepared by local vegan catering company Sel Noir. Sophie Sucrée is committed to promoting and supporting local and artisanal products from the Montreal region. In addition to the fixed menu, seasonal confections will be available.

We pride ourselves on using whole, fresh, local ingredients, organic when possible and healthy tasty alternatives.

At Sophie Sucree, our aim is to make delicious and visually stunning custom cakes that are as memorable as the events they are made for. We meet with all of our clients to determine the exact needs and specifications for each order, and to actively take part in the creative process. We can guarantee that each cake is unique whilst being completed with the utmost amount of care and attention.

Consultations are available upon request, where a selection of our cakes can be sampled. We can also discuss other details, such as what event your order would be for, as well as reviewing possible inspirations, ranging from fabrics, colours, and pictures. Together, we will make your dream cake a reality.
